Keria Ball

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone

Today i'm back with new story, since now PKP berubah menjadi PKPB, i hope everyone stay healthy and keep social distance. Wokay...

This Saturday i just learned to make Keria Ball. Resepi yang mudah dan senang akan saya share...

How to make Keria ball..

Bahan-bahan / Ingredients

Dough
- 500g keledek
- 1 Cup flour
- 1 Tablespoon Tepung beras / rice flour
- 1 Teaspoon soda bikarbonat. / soda bicarbonate 

Topping
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon gula merah
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1/4 cup of water.

Cara-cara / Direction

1. Buang kulit keledek, potong kecil kecil dah rebus. / peel the sweet potato, cut into small piece and boil
2. Lenyekkan keledek sehingga tiada ketul ketul. / mash the sweet potato
3. Campur kan keledek tadi dengan tepung,tepung beras dan soda bikarbonat, uli sehingga menjadi doh / mix the ingredient, knee the dough till it become big ball
4. Selepas jadi doh, bentukkan dia bulat kecil kecil. / shaped it into small ball
5. Goreng doh tadi sehingga colour brown. / fry it till brown colour


Cara-cara / Direction (Topping)

1. Campurkan semua bahan dan didihkan sehingga gula tadi cair sepenuh dan kelihatan likat / mix all the ingredient until it full melt anf turn viscous
2. Masukkan keledek yang telah digoreng tadi ke gula tadi dahn gaul sehingga rata. / put the sweet potato that has been fry and mix with the sugar till it full covered


Taaadaaaa Siap untuk dihidang.

Resepi untuk doh tu hendaklah diadjust mengikut berapa banyak keledek digunakan, sebab kalau tak nanti dia akan lebih tepung.

We went to find a lace, Indonesia is know with they lace either for wedding...
