What is Depression



Hi everyone,

this time i gonna share something more educational.

i have hear a lot my friend having a depression, it might look not a big issue but it is big issue.

before that let me explain what is depression

Depression is a comman and serious illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. The Causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities once enjoyed.
to keep it simple is person don't enjoy their life and feel burdened.

Pendek citer kita rasa giveup dekat kehidupan kita, rasa penat, sedih, rasa putus asa dan sebagainya.

It can be cure, the treatment is depends on how serious the patient.


Some of the symptom


Basically this only some symptom but most them will feel want to end their life. if you go through any related to above,  Please go to someone that can help you, depression can be treat never afraid to see someone or go to doctor.

ini hanya sebahagian simptom if any of you ada rasa macam ini saya advice untuk try cakap dengan someone yang korang percaya dahulu. INGAT DEPRESSION boleh dirawat  jangan takut untuk bercakap dengan someone ataupun jumpa doktor.

Now lets talk about causes

there a lot of factor why? and how? basically it about feeling or inner side.

It can be cause 

- Genetics : ex;- in one family if one them having depression 70% chance for other family member to have depression  too.

- Personality - this is basically because people with low self-esteem and confident level is low,

- Enviromental factors - this is cause continuous exposure to violence,neglect,abuse or poverty may make some people more vulnerable

- Life events ; these include bereavement,divorce,work issue, relationship with friend and family, financial problem, medical concerns or acute stress

- Childhood trauma 

i also read  that if anything related to drug or other chronic illness also can related to depression

Now lets talk about treatment

i cannot say about treatment because i'm not doctor but what i got from reading is

there is few treatment that is

- Psychotherapy(talking therapy) ;- talk to some expert to share problem
- Support 
- Medicine is needed if it suggest by doctor,

but i gonna share some tips how someone i know overcome her depression 

Her story is
she has mild depression it took almost 1 year for her to overcome it, and yeayy she make it

what she say it hard at first to change so what she do first is exercise a lot,
she woke firm at 7am everyday she jog at her park from 7 to 8.30am everyday
then she write on piece of paper what she wants, what her goal and stick it on mirror
everyday she look at the mirror she look at the paper, slowly she started to change her. she say that depression people is a 'lost people' they have to set their mind again,

she also hear a lot motivation video that you can get from youtube.
just type depression motivation, dont give up motivation and etc

its look simple and easy but it is not easy to do if we in depression they have to fight with inner self

You might think why exercise? 

actually exercise is good why because when we exercise our body will releases chemical called endorphins.
Function Endorphins, these endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine

if you google, one of way to reduce stress or to overcome depression is by doing exercise

after few month what she do to overcome it become her habit  and now she is someone who healthy, she also say that is she  lucky to have friends that really support her

personally when your dealing with some have depression, the first main thing is you need to support it dosen't matter if you know that person or you not really close to them,put that all side because what is matter now is helping them. Don't avoid them

and for someone is having depression just share it with someone, on twitter or instagram or anything platform because trust me by sharing to other even stranger would really help you. don't shy and don't afraid.

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone Today i'm back with new story, since now PKP berubah menjadi PKPB, i hope everyone stay healthy and keep social distance. Wokay... My Own Brand

Assalamualaikum and good evening, Today i gonna share some story regarding my own brand. I started to develop this brand back few years ago in 2015, since that my brand start  up to expending, i never thought to share this, but when i think back i want to keep this as part of my memory and journey of my life. Lets start with name, my brand name is Fiore Fashion. Fiore means flower in Italian and fashion is fashion in english. why did i choose this name, the first thing first is i want everyone that wear my brand will be bloom as beautiful as flower, no matter where they come, what is their background.  I just want everyone to feel happy, despite their condition. that is why i decide to choose the name, it is full operation in Malaysia, and this brand not big as other but i hope will be come bigger after this.  My brand fully online shop, basically i only used instagram and facebook. now i just started to used website, but its only the google sites website. below is the l...
