Hi everyone today i gonna shared some healthy drink that is super easy super fast
That is Banana Smoothie
Ingredients / Bahan
1. 1 Cup Frozen Banana / 1 cawan pisang frozen
2. 1/4 Cup Fresh milk / 1/4 cawan susu segar
3. Few ice cube / beberapa kuib ice
4 . Few drop maple syrup/vanilla essence- demand which one you like / beberapa titik maple sirup/vanilla essence mengikut minat jika nak.
May own additional receipe is i used banana milk as well it can be any brand you whats, you can choose not to used. / saya gunakan susu pisang juga tapi itu pilihan jika anda tak anda boleh skip part ni.
Instructions/ cara
1 put all the ingredients and blend together till the mixture mix well / masukkan semua bahan dan blend kan semua sampai sebati.
And you ready to serve. / siap untuk dihidang.
